Tired of digging through herbicide labels to find a product’s active ingredients and sites of action?

Look no further than Take Action’s freshly updated digital Herbicide Lookup Tool

Supported by the Soy Checkoff, this mobile-friendly tool is designed for growers and ag professionals in the field or on the go, who need a quick answer about their herbicide products.

Users can enter the trade name of a herbicide product and quickly see all its active ingredients, their corresponding sites of action and their respective herbicide group numbers.

Don’t know the trade name? Just enter the active ingredient you’re curious about, and the tool will show you a comprehensive list of herbicide products that contain it, as well as their other ingredients and all the corresponding sites of action and group numbers.

Why does this matter?

Mixing and rotating herbicide sites of action every year is a key step in slowing the development of herbicide-resistant weeds, which have become widespread and increasingly difficult to control.

The Herbicide Lookup Tool can quickly take the guesswork out of building herbicide programs with multiple modes of action. It is a valuable digital companion to the Soy Checkoff’s popular printed Take Action Herbicide Classification Chart, which is available for free orders here.
